Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and

Daniel G. Gondek, 19,
charged with trespass March 18 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 20 days suspended,
$152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year
probation.
Ashton C. Hauck, 19,
charged with possession of paraphernalia March
21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled
guilty and sentenced to two days in jail,
$122.50 fine and $177.50 court costs.
Kris E. Dietrich, 36,
charged with operating a commercial vehicle with
undeployed suspension axle March 9 at the port
of entry, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and
