Heather M. Dean, 24, charged with felony possession of marijuana Jan. 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Pled guilty and sentenced to 10 months in jail, eight months suspended, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Iqbal S. Khela, 29, charged with unsafe operation of a commercial vehicle during hazardous conditions Feb. 22 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

William J. Tracy, 38, charged with failure to maintain logs Mar. 8 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Ryan D. Unruh, 25, charged with exceeding allowable gross load Mar. 14 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $845 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Karl P. Kleindienst, 62, charged with no logbook Mar. 17 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $192.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Sheldon B. Brown, 21, charged with driving without privileges Mar. 29 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 165 days suspended, $152.50 court costs, 90-day drivers license suspension and two years probation. Charged with providing false identification to a law enforcement officer, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in jail, 11 months suspended, $15 fine, $137.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Kara Burnham, 17, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Feb. 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended, one year probation and $85 court costs.

 

James D. Bradshaw, 18, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Feb. 14 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days detention, 82 days suspended, and three years probation.

1:24 p.m.: Malicious injury to property was reported on Bench Rd.
