Haley M. Cromwell, born 1995, charged with minor in possession of alcohol August 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90-day drivers license suspension, $622.50 fine, $600 suspended, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

Milodragovich, born 1969, charged with failure to provide proof of insurance July 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

Barry L. Davis, born 1966, charged with Fish and Game rules violation August 20 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $55 and $145 court costs.

Kyle James Cox, born 1987, charged with resisting/obstructing an officer September 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 days suspended, $226.50 fine, $123.50 court costs and two years probation.

Randy R. Hemmah, born 1951, charged with operating with undeployed suspension axle August 29 at the Port of Entry, pled guilty and fined $150 and $3 court costs. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, pled guilty and fined $979 and $137.50 court costs. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, count two and fined $10.
