Tyler R. Childers, born 1991, charged with DUI, second offense October 29 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 70 days suspended, 120 day drivers license suspension, $407.50 fine, $242.50 court costs and two years probation.

Megual A. Lopez, born 1992, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor October 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to an $822.50 fine, $800 suspended, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.
