David L. Willems, born 1992, charged with DUI February 27 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $347.50 court costs and one year probation.

John V. Bauer, born 1950, charged with operating without a trip permit February 23 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $140.50 court costs.
