1994, charged with possession of alcohol by a
minor May 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and fined $22.50 and
$177.50 court costs.
Aaron D. Hoisington, born
1990, charged with DUI June 9 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive
driving, pled guilty and sentenced to five days
in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court
costs and one year probation.
Amanda K. Brewer, born
1991, charged with possession of alcohol by a
minor June 10 by the Boundary County Sheriffs
Office, pled guilty and fined $42.50 and $167.50
court costs.
Delrae Turley, born 1978,
charged with misdemeanor possession of a
controlled substance June 19 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended,
16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and
one year probation.

charged with exceeding allowable gross load June
25 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined
$215 and $137.50 court costs.
