U of I offering class for aspiring attorneys

Anyone interested in applying to law school can
prepare for the demanding Law School Admission
Test (LSAT) by enrolling in a preparatory course
sponsored by the University of Idaho College of
Law.
The exam is required for admission to all
American Bar Association-approved law schools,
most Canadian law schools and many
non-ABA-approved law schools, providing a
standard measure of reading and verbal reasoning
skills that law schools can use as one of
several factors in assessing applicants.
Classes will be held in Moscow from August 22
through September 22. The cost of the course is
$600 and that includes the Cambridge Educational
Services textbook, 10 released LSAT tests, and a
CD with practice and diagnostic assessment
reports.
The classes will take place Wednesday evenings
starting at 6 p.m. and lasting between two and
three hours, and then on Saturday mornings from
9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Cancellations received after August 1 will be
subject to a $50 fee. Course costs do not
include the registration fee to take the LSAT.
