The Bonners Ferry Kaniksu Clinic, 6635 Comanche
Street, is holding an exciting open house from
11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, and everyone is
invited!
One of the many highlights will be the unveiling
of "All About Kids," an excetional physical,
occupational and speech therapy program for
children previously available only in Sandpoint,
but now coming to Bonners Ferry. Physical
therapist Traci Schmidt will be speaking about
the program and showing off her new space and
equipment.
The Moyie Shrine Club will be hosting a
barbecue, with proceeds going to help Shrine
kids. and the Spokane Shriner's Hospital.
The focus of the open house is to bring
awareness to the community of how multiple
organizations are working together to bring
affordable healthcare to the people of Bonners
Ferry. Helping sponsor the event are the Moyie
Shriners, Panhandle Health, Iron Mike's Gym, All
About Kids and Mountain West Bank. Providing
much of the great fod being served is Safeway.
