John A. Funkhouser, born 1950, charged with second-degree murder November 4, 2011, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, found guilty and sentenced to six years in prison, determinate, 30 years indeterminate, credited with 352 days served, restitution to be determined and $240.50 court costs.

Ronald D. Zimmerman, born 1964, charged with driving without privileges July 5 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Brandon C. Anderson, born 1977, charged with DUI July 26 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Marjorie D. Finley, born 1959, charged with DUI August 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with invalid drivers license, pled guilty and fined $200.

 

Gerald R. Majors, born 1969, charged with excessive DUI August 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 86 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Martha L. Covington, born 1993, charged with providing false information to an officer September 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Gregory L. Baker, born 1960, charged with operating without a trip permit October 3 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Aspen A. Schaffer, born 1994, charged with willful concealment of goods October 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, $37.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

George W. Sigg, born 1952, charged with operating without a trip permit October 15 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Jacob Billy Mutter, born 1993, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

 

Dakota Hinrichs, born 1995, charged with trespass, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended, $70 court costs and one year probation.
