Aspen A. Schaffer, born 1994, charged with three
felony counts of burglary December 22 by the

theft August 17, 2012, by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to

probation.
John P. Carston, born 1948, charged with
trafficking in marijuana, a felony, October 8 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to
misdemeanor possession of a controlled
substance. Pled guilty and sentenced to 365 days
in jail, 360 days suspended. Credited with two
days served, 24 hours sheriff’s inmate labor
program in lieu of three days. Fined $200, $100
restitution and two years probation. Charged
with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty
and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363
suspended, $7.50 fine, $100 restitution, $192.50
court costs and two years probation.
Curtis L. Leverette, born 1966, charged with DUI
January 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days
in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s
inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90-day
drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine,
$207.50 court costs and two years probation.
Theresa R.N. Calhoun, born 1991, charged with
misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance
January 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 180
days in jail, suspended, $7.50 fine, $100
restitution, $192.50 court costs and two years
probation.
Kevin Douglas Flory, born 1963, charged with
exceeding allowable gross load January 15 at the
port of entry, pled guilty and fined $362 and
$152.50 court costs.
Satinder Singh Sidhu, born 1971, charged with
operating with undeployed suspension axle
February 27 at the port of entry, pled guilty
and fined $150 and $3 court costs. Charged with
exceeding allowable gross load, pled guilty and
