Travis Jay Marble, born 1976, charged with
felony DUI February 15 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to
one year in prison, determinate, five years
indeterminate, penitentiary suspended,
jurisdiction retained, $500 fine and $585.50
court costs. Charged with felony attempting to
elude a peace officer February 20 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to one year prison, determinate, three
years indeterminate with credit for 95 days
served, prison suspended and jurisdiction
retained, $500 fine and $540.50 court costs.
