Krysta R. Swisher, born 1989, charged with
driving without privileges April 28 by the
Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to
drivers license violation, pled guilty and
sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $137.50
fine, $162.50 court costs and one year
probation.
Joseph M. Black, born 1983, charged with
exceeding allowable gross loads May 2 at the
port of entry, pled guilty and fined $336 and
$152.50 court costs.

Department, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and

Regina D. Sumler, born 1971, charged with
driving without privileges June 12 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended,
16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and
one year probation.
Angela M. Woodruff, born 1978, charged with
petit theft June 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days
in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s
inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50
fine, $162.50 court costs and one year
probation.
