Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to
threat of violence on school grounds, a

days detention, suspended, informal adjustment,
$100 court costs and three years probation.

second offense, April 14 by the Bonners Ferry
Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty
and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 55 days
suspended, 16 hour sheriff’s inmate labor
program in lieu of two days of jail, $642.50
fine, $232.50 court costs and two years
probation.
Debra L. Royet-Fuller, born 1963, charged with
driving without privileges April 14 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 40 days suspended,
40 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension,
$322.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and two years
probation. Charged with possession of a revoked
drivers license, pled guilty, fined $100.

attempting to elude an police officer in a motor
vehicle April 28 by the Bopnners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days
in jail, 37 days suspended, $237.50 fine,
$187.50 court costs and two years probation.
Anne Marie Solt, born 1971, charged with two
counts of misdemeanor trespass April 6 by the
Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty
and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days
suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor

probation on each charge.
