Donna Nystrom out of this world!

Bonners
Ferry High School is ecstatic to announce the
awesome Donna Nystrom as the esteemed classified
employee of this lunar cycle, or, for those of
you more down-to-earth, as Boundary County
School District 101 Classified Employee of the
Month.
She has been in the district for more than 30
years, now serving as a special education
consultant at Bonners Ferry High School.
Donna first got started by volunteering at
Naples elementary school in a classroom filled
with over 40 first graders. (What were they
thinking?!) From there it progressed into a
part-time job and later became a full time
career.
Donna also exclaimed that education as a career
is in her blood; many of her family members took
the same route. She continues to stay in the job
to see Bonners Ferry High School students grow
and mature as young adults. She strives to work
hard, but of course not harder than the kids.
Donna is well known throughout the community
from working the clock at basketball games to
selling items at the Farmer’s Market.
We appreciate her dedication and hard work for
the students and the school as a whole! |
