Free fishing day this Saturday |
June 11, 2011 |
Idaho Free Fishing Day is coming up this
Saturday, June 14. That means anyone can go
fishing in the state of Idaho, without having to
purchase a fishing license. Note that all other fishing rules and limits still apply. Volunteers have signed up to be at special locations around the state to help everyone with equipment and advice on Idaho's Free Fishing Day. In our area, those volunteers will be ready and waiting to help out at Snow Creek Pond. They will be available from 9:00 a.m. until noon. And to further help you with your success on Idaho Free Fishing Day, click here to see the latest June fish stocking schedule for Idaho Panhandle waters. June 14 is also National Get Outdoors Day, so this is your chance to get outdoors on a special day in an Idaho sort of way. |
