The Boundary County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call at about 10:45 a.m. Monday, May 1, requesting law enforcement at the Cedar Court Trailer Park on McCall Street in Bonners Ferry.
Boundary County Sheriff's deputies responded, with assistance from Bonners Ferry Police officers.
Once on scene, they found that 38 year old Jesseka Musson had been killed inside her residence.
Deputies arrested 36 year old Eric Dante at the scene and charged him for the murder of Musson.
On Tuesday, Dante was formally charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Jesseka Musson with bond set at $1-million.
