Fish and Game Commission to meet in Bonners

The Idaho Fish and Game Commission will hold
public hearing at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, at
the Kootenai River Inn, 7169 Plaza Street,
Bonners Ferry. Persons wanting to address the
commission on any topic having to do with Fish
and Game business may do so at the public
hearing.
All testimony will be taken into consideration
when the commission makes decisions on agenda
items at the meeting the next day.
The commission meeting will convene at 8 a.m.
Thursday, July 27, at Bonners Ferry High School
Library, 6485 Tamarack Lane.
Routine agenda items include administrative
rules briefing for all game animals; nonresident
deer and elk tag quotas and outfitter set-aside;
release of bighorn sheep tags for auction and
lottery; expenditure of Animal Damage Control
funds; Fiscal Year 2019 preliminary budget;
legislative proposals; discounts for second
nonresident tags, and proposed fall Chinook
salmon season setting.
A full agenda will be available on the Fish and
Game website when it is finalized.
