Allen Loren Wynn Solt, born 1993, charged with
felony possession of a controlled substance
November 17, 2016, by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to three
years in prison, determinate, four years
indeterminate, jurisdiction retained and credit
for148 days served and $385.50 costs. Charged
with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty
and charged $197.50 costs. Charged with felony
possession of a controlled substance Marc 16 by
the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled
guilty and sentenced to five years in prison
determination, five years indeterminate,
jurisdiction retained, credit for 148 days served
and $385.50 costs.
Katrina E. Marson, born 1990, charged with
possession of a controlled substance with intent
to deliver, a felony, January 25 by the Bonners
Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment
withheld. Charged with possession of
paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 147
days in jail with credit for 147 days served and
$197.50 costs.

Travis D. Billingsley, born 1988, charged with
DUI April 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police
Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days
in jail, 80 days suspended, 40 hours sheriff's
inmate labor program in lieu of five days in
jail, 180 day drivers license suspension,
$537.50 fine, $212.50 costs and 364 days
probation.
Robert R. Dickerson, born 1982, charged with
DUI, second offense, May 12 by the Idaho State
Police, amended to DUI, pled guilty and
sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 suspended, 40
hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of
five days in jail,180 day drivers license
suspension, $537.50 fine, $212.50 costs and 364
days probation. Charged with driving without
privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days
in jail, 80 suspended, $327.50 fine, $172.50
costs and 364 days probation.
Jerry E. Walker, born 1968, charged with failure
to obtain overweight permit July 10 by the Idaho
State Police, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and
$160.50 costs.

Tuesday, August 8
12:36 a.m.: A report of suspicious activity at
Chinook and Kaniksu Streets resulted in an
arrest for possession of marijuana.
1:35 a.m.: A report of suspicious activity at
Highway 95 and Jackson Street resulted in an
arrest for possession of marijuana.
7:20 p.m.: A traffic stop at Oriental Garden
resulted in an arrest for driving without
privileges.
7:37 p.m.: An intoxicated person was reported at
the Kootenai River Inn.

2:30 a.m.: A traffic stop on Highway 95 near
mile 494 resulted in an arrest for possession of
a controlled substance.
7:22 p.m.: An ambulance was requested on Highway
95 at Camp Nine Road.

6:23 p.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen from a
Baldy Mountain Road residence.
9:42 p.m.: A report of a domestic disturbance at
Blue Lake RV Park resulted in an arrest for
domestic battery in the presence of a minor.
Friday, August 11
11:35 a.m.: A report of suspicious activity at
6841 Eisenhower Street resulted in an arrest for
possession of a controlled substance.
3:55 p.m.: A traffic stop on Moyie River Road
resulted in an arrest for DUI.
5:18 p.m.: A fire was reported at a residence on
North Division Street.
6:34 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported
near mile 6.3 on the Moyie River Road.

6:06 a.m.: A warrant arrest was made on Highway
95 at Madison Street on a charge of possession
of marijuana.
