Mutt Strut canceled due to smoky haze |

Due to the smoky, unhealthy haze enveloping the
region, organizers of this year's Mutt Strut
dog/human walk run have made the hard decision
to cancel the popular Pawsitive Works
fundraiser.
The decision to cancel the free event scheduled
for Saturday morning was made to protect both
pets and their people, and while there won't be
a Mutt Strut until next year, organizers ask
those who had planned to attend to consider
making a small donation to support the ongoing
work of Pawsitive Works, a non-profit program
dedicated to creating and supporting canine
inspired and canine assisted programs that
foster the development of one of social and
emotional learning.
