Winter storm warning issued for snow |

The National Weather Service has issued a winter
storm warning for heavy snow, in effect from 5
a.m. Thursday to 11 a.m. Friday. Plan on
difficult travel conditions, including during
the evening commute on Thursday. Total snow
accumulations of four to eight inches in the
valleys, with mountain accumulations up to 17
inches, are expected.
A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe
winter weather conditions are expected. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and
water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
