Judge Justin Julian
Matthew K. Brown, born 1998, charged
with reckless driving August 5, 2016, by the
Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty
and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 days
suspended, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and 11
months, 29 days probation.
Michael E. Baker, born 1972, charged with
misdemeanor possession of marijuana August 15 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department. pled guilty
and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days
suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor
program in lieu of jail, $102.50 fine, $197.50
costs and 11 months, 29 days probation. Charged
with driving without privileges, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended,
16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu
of jail, $117.50 fine, $182.50 costs and 11
months, 29 days probation.
Gregory A. Ohmer, born 1967, charged with brake
hose tubing violations October 2 by the Idaho
State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and
$157.50 costs.
Raymson Killon, born 1986, charged with no
contact order violation October 16 by the
Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and
sentenced to 30 days in jail, 12 days suspended,
$2.50 fine, $197.50 costs and one year
probation.
