Judge Barbara Buchanan
Casey M. Decker, born 1981, charged
with felony possession of a controlled substance
April 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department,
pled guilty and sentenced to three years in
prison, determinate, four years indeterminate,
prison commuted, 143 days in jail with credit
for 143 days served, $300 fine, $785.50 costs
and three years probation.
Sonya D. Melior, born 1977, charged with felony
possession of a controlled substance June 25 by
the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled
guilty, judgment withheld.
Samuel R. Bocook, born 1959, charged with felony
possession of a controlled substance August 3 by
the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled
guilty, judgment withheld. Charged with
possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and
sentenced to 16 days in jail with credit for 16
days served.
Allen James Funkhouser, born 1991, charged with
burglary, a felony, August 20 by the Boundary
County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and
sentenced to one year in prison, determinate,
two years indeterminate, credited for 20 days
served, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained
and $545.50 costs. Charged with malicious injury
to property, pled guilty and sentenced to 20
days in jail with credit for 20 days served and
$157.50 costs.
Judge Justin Julian
Amanda M. Sandaker, born 1990, charged
with possession of paraphernalia October 15 by
the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty
and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 days
suspended, $102.50 fine, $222.50 costs and 364
days probation.
