Colson is School District Classified Employee of
the Month |

Mrs. Julie Colson has been the librarian within
Boundary County School District for the past 5
years, and is
currently educating and supporting students at
Valley View Elementary School. She is a great
team player who goes above and beyond her job
responsibilities and truly has a heart for our
students, the school, and the community as a
whole.
The staff at VVES appreciate her creativity,
calm and caring nature, and the positive energy
she constantly displays with both students and
staff. The VVES team also values how great she
is with all ages of students at the school!
When students were asked what they loved most
about Mrs. Colson, they stated that “she reads
really good books to us in funny voices.”
Another student stated, “Mrs. Colson has a great
personality and tells jokes that make me laugh.”
Mrs. Colson has a husband, a 19 year daughter,
and a 16 year old son who all call Bonners Ferry
home. In her free time she finds pleasure
reading, snowmobiling, hiking, and watching
movies.
Boundary County School District 101 is very
lucky to have Mrs. Colson within our district
educating and supporting our students. |
