|
August 29, 2012 |
The Badger girls soccer team played host to the
Timberlake Tigers Tuesday and added to their
winning ways, earning their third straight
league win to stay perfect in league play with a
2-0 win.
Goalie Tessa Payne had five saves as Timberlake
made nine shots on goal. The Badgers had 12
shots on goal, and Timberlake goalie Koral
Yeager was credited with seven saves, but Badger
senior Liz Racer put in an unassisted goal at
the 36-minute mark and sophomore Abby Skeen did
the same at 64-minutes.
The Badger girls have two more home games this
week before going back on the road, hosting
Coeur d'Alene Christian Academy in another
league matchup at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 30,
and Stillwater Christian in a non-league match
at 3 p.m. Friday, August 31. |
