finished first at districts and travel
to Lewiston Saturday to compete at

The Badger varsity boys cross country team will
be packing bags to travel to the state
championship meet Saturday at Hell's Gate State
Park in Lewiston, having won the district
championship Thursday, October 18, in Kellogg.
Timberlake's Ryan Richardson was the top
finisher Thursday with a time of 16:17, but the
next two across the finish line were Badgers
Luke Reoch, 16:49, and Collin Cossairt, 16:55.
Badger Jacob Perkins came in fifth at 17:12,
Tyson Boorman seventh at 17:32, and Bradley
Thomas tenth at 17:54 to give the Badgers a team
score of 27, well ahead of runner-up Timberlake
with 50 points.
Priest River came in third with59 and Kellogg
fourth with 97 points.
The girl's team finished districts in third
place behind Timberlake and Priest River,
qualifying only one runner, Aimee Sayers, who
finished in fourth place Thursday with a 20:52
time.
